ATS Contest Bucks are awarded to the contestants with the most net units or as outlined by the contest rules main page.  ATS Contest Bucks may be redeemed for available prizes in which you qualify.  The prizes awarded vary from contest to contest.  See all contests for a list of the contests in progress.

ATSNetwork.com will make every effort to run the contest in a fair and efficient manner.  However, certain events are beyond our control.  For example, if Internet hardware or software problems cause us to lose entries, we are not liable.  We reserve the right to void an entire week of the contest if we determine it is necessary in our sole discretion.

To be eligible to receive prizes from any and all contests or promotions offered by ATS Network, Inc., entrants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada, 21 years of age or older (if the age of majority in a jurisdiction is different than 21, you must be the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to receive a prize) with a valid internet e-mail address.  Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.  Any and all contests and promotions offered by ATS Network, Inc. are void in all United States’ territories (e.g. Guam and Puerto Rico), and the Province of Quebec, and where prohibited by law.  Eligibility, age, and all claims made by winners are subject to verification.  Merchandise prizes for US-resident winners will be shipped to your home address only (no P.O. Boxes).  Due to Revenue Canada Duty being applied to items being shipped into Canada, and to avoid the prizewinner having to pay duty, no merchandise prizes will be shipped across international borders. Canadian winners of merchandise prizes will be contacted and suitable arrangements made to ensure they receive a similar prize. International contest prize winners may be subject to extra shipping charges. At this time there are no cash prizes provided thru or via ATS Network or affiliated sites. 

For any ATS league contest overall standings, members who are tied with equal units - the tie breaker rules are (1) winning percentage (2) Total number of picks (3) member who made the first pick within the contest (time stamp).

For weekly contest standings, when members are tied - the tie breaker system is as follows: (1) most wins for the week (2) member who got their first pick of the week in the earliest (time stamp).

Over/Under Wagers are Voided for MLB games that do not complete 9 innings played (or 8.5 if the home team is winning).

ATS Network HOUSE RULES:

Lines are posted in the member's admin area under "make picks" page, and you can make picks up until the time a game starts.  ATSCappers offers several contests, and you should consult the specific contest main page for more information.  Some general things to note about our odds and contests:  You can pick one team and one total per game.  Once a pick is selected and submitted it is final and cannot be changed.

You can vary the amount of your wager on the line or total between 1 UNIT and 5 Units.  ATS BUCKS and Units are not real money; they are just a way to grade the handicapping performance of all contestants.

For basketball and football games (sides and totals), the standard odds are to risk 110 units to win 100 units.

For MLB and NHL games, ATS uses the money line.  In other words, you pick the winner of the game using the odds posted.  For instance, if you pick a team to win with -140 odds, you are risking 140 units to win 100.  If you pick a team to win with +140 odds, you are risking 100 units to win 140.

The odds on totals are the same as side wagers, risk 110 units to win 100.  Some NHL and MLB games also which have an "o" or "u" at the end of the number shown.  The "o" or "u" suffix means either the over or under is "favored" in the game.  In those cases, you wager 130 to win 100 on the favored total, or 100 to win 110 on dog total.

You are limited to one user name when playing league contests.  If a person is entering picks using more than one user name, that person is deemed not eligible to win any prizes.

No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize, except ATS Network does reserve the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable.  All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.  Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to all contest.

ATSCappers (ATS Network, INC.) is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.  Sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.
